3. Appointments & Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring the inspector has safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
If access is denied or delayed, additional fees or cancellation charges may apply.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments through secure methods listed on our website.
All prices are listed in USD/CAD (as applicable) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees (see our Refund & Return Policy).
Refunds after service delivery are generally not available.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
Our inspections are based on visible and accessible areas at the time of service.
We are not responsible for hidden defects, future damages, or issues not reasonably detectable during a standard inspection.
Clients are encouraged to seek additional specialist evaluations if needed (e.g., electrical, plumbing, roofing).
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including reports, text, logos, and images, is the property of Mr. House Inspectors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Privacy
