1. Service-Based Business
Since we provide home inspection services (not physical products), refunds and returns apply differently than standard retail purchases.
2. Cancellations

Before Scheduled Inspection:
You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund. -
Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours):
A cancellation fee of [X% or fixed amount] may apply to cover scheduling and preparation costs. -
No-Shows:
If the client does not attend or provide property access at the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.
3. Refunds After Service

Once an inspection is completed and the report has been delivered, refunds are generally not available, since the service has already been performed.

If you believe an error was made in your inspection, please contact us immediately. We will review the case and, if appropriate, offer a partial refund or re-inspection at our discretion.
