Refund and Returns Policy

At Mr. House Inspectors, we strive to provide high-quality inspection services and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.


1. Service-Based Business

Since we provide home inspection services (not physical products), refunds and returns apply differently than standard retail purchases.


2. Cancellations

  • Before Scheduled Inspection:
    You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours):
    A cancellation fee of [X% or fixed amount] may apply to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

  • No-Shows:
    If the client does not attend or provide property access at the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.


3. Refunds After Service

  • Once an inspection is completed and the report has been delivered, refunds are generally not available, since the service has already been performed.

  • If you believe an error was made in your inspection, please contact us immediately. We will review the case and, if appropriate, offer a partial refund or re-inspection at our discretion.


4. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as:

  • Double billing or payment errors.

  • Service not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

All refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
